One of the biggest challenges when doing rescue work is finding a place
to house the animals until they are ready to be adopted. Recycled Love
Rescue relies solemnly on foster homes. We are very grateful for all
our wonderful foster families and understand that we will not be able
to exist without their help and dedication. At the same time we would
love to one day have a small shelter where the animals that need more
time, or are returned back to the rescue can board and still get
exercise, training and the care they will need in order to be adopted
into a wonderful loving home. We would also like to be able to welcome
volunteers who cannot open their homes to a foster dog but would like
to spend a few hours caring for one of our animals. Lastly, we would
love to have a space where we can work on educating children about
animal care and welfare.
It will take many, many years of hard work to start implementing this dream but we have got so start somewhere.
